Our Senior Care Consultants have comprehensive knowledge and experience with all levels of senior living including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing care. We will be happy to meet with you over the phone, in person or virtually to discuss the senior living community options. Based on what communities fit your care needs, lifestyle, budget and location criteria, we will accompany you on tours, help answer all your questions, assist with paperwork and negotiations if needed.
Senior Care Consultant Services
You are not alone in this journey. Not only can the search for a quality health care community be difficult, but the transition from home to a new and unfamiliar place can be quite overwhelming for anyone. Following move-in, our consultants will visit regularly for the first month to ensure a smooth transition. However, should you find that you/loved one would benefit from additional support services, we offer a variety of fee-based Care Consultant packages.
Perhaps there may be a situation where you or your loved one are experiencing a challenging transition, a feeling of endless decision-making and/or needs assistance with navigating through a complex healthcare system. Services may include but are not limited to the following:
Helping facilitate essential conversations between family members
Locating a skilled nursing facility, home care agency or private caregiver selection
Attending care plan meetings
Long distance caregiving
Finding the right resources and learning how to access them
Regular visits to your loved one, providing you with peace of mind when you are unable to visit.
Working with a wide range of experts and local resources, it is OUR GOAL to help seniors receive the care and services they deserve as well as reduce the stress and pressure associated with caregiving.

“Against my better judgment, I placed my mother in a local assisted living community. She was not treated or cared for properly, consequently wound up in the hospital having emergency surgery.
From there Mom needed to transition to a local skilled rehabilitation center. To my surprise, Mom liked it and everyone who worked there.
